Technical Support for Top 25 mobile applications

Technical Skills

  • Past experience of providing technical support for software applications
  • Good knowledge of using mobile phone apps – email client, games, web browsing
  • Good knowledge of Networking technologies – TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN & WAN
  • Preferably experience of MAC and iPhone

Language Skills

  • Able to speak fluent English
  • Able to write professional emails

Available shifts

  • Part-time: 4 hours between 7pm and 11am (next day)
  • Full-time: 8 hours between 7pm and 11am (next day)
